While the spacious room accommodated our family comfortably, it felt dated and lacked maintenance. The pools offered relaxation, but the cleanliness left much to be desired. Thankfully, the nearby attractions, like Werri Beach and the Kiama Coastal Walk, provided enjoyable family bonding opportunities. this hotel has potential but needs significant improvements.

Nice pool area
Our room 314 was a long way from the car park to get our suit cases and other gear to was exhausting. The carpet in this room needed a good steam clean stains ect A lounge pillow had fresh blood stains on it I rang reception at 7.00pm got no answer so put the pillow next to rubbish bin in the room. Shower had black scum stains around the front of the base. When we booked breakfest was included when I checked in I was told it was not included and had to show my email confirmation to get it included.

A Wonderful Business Retreat!
I had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Gerringong Resort during a recent business trip organized by my director, and I found it to be a good experience. The highlight for me was undoubtedly the gorgeous South Coast day spa located on the top floor of the resort. The serene atmosphere and really good treatments provided a perfect escape from our busy schedule. I indulged in a rejuvenating massage that left me feeling relaxed and ready to tackle the next day's meetings. The resort also boasts beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, which added a touch of tranquility to our work-focused stay. The staff were accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed for a successful trip, which made a significant difference in our overall experience.
Shower facilities could be improved.

The design and layout was well thought through. I like that the banks of rooms are not on top of one another and there is plenty of space. Having dining/reception separate from the accommodation works well. The gardens are attractive and the hotel has a nice total appeal.
Can't think of anything.

I was really disappointed with the shower pressure; it barely dribbled out. Plus, the bed had a ridiculously thin doona for winter. It felt more like a cheap motel than a resort-definitely not worth the price we paid!
