I had a delightful stay at Mercure. the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring a huge flatscreen television. I enjoyed the tranquil view from my balcony overlooking the adults-only pool, which was perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine. the clean bathroom had ample lighting, and I appreciated the non-slip mat and hairdryer. the swimming pool area, complete with lovely gardens and outdoor seating, added to the overall serene atmosphere.
Couldn't have been better! 🌟.

Nice pool area
Our room 314 was a long way from the car park to get our suit cases and other gear to was exhausting. The carpet in this room needed a good steam clean stains ect A lounge pillow had fresh blood stains on it I rang reception at 7.00pm got no answer so put the pillow next to rubbish bin in the room. Shower had black scum stains around the front of the base. When we booked breakfest was included when I checked in I was told it was not included and had to show my email confirmation to get it included.

The design and layout was well thought through. I like that the banks of rooms are not on top of one another and there is plenty of space. Having dining/reception separate from the accommodation works well. The gardens are attractive and the hotel has a nice total appeal.
Can't think of anything.
